Coming soon: The Second Spring Education Forum

An online community for teachers, academics, parents, homeschoolers, and anyone interested in the revival of Classical Education and the Liberal Arts. Particularly inspired by the books, articles, and blog of the late Stratford Caldecott on the Trivium and Quadrivium, this online forum is being created to share news and resources, as well as encouraging discussion and collaboration. It aims to particularly serve the needs of the United Kingdom, where this movement is only just beginning to get off the ground, but we will welcome participants from other countries. See our Shop and Archive for more information, and sign up to the Beauty in Education mailing list to hear news of the launch.

“We need a new educational movement. As individuals and as communities we need to re-educate ourselves—to unlearn much of what we have been taught and to begin to learn again in a new way. The purpose would not be to cover every specialized field of knowledge, but to develop a sense of the whole, of the interconnectedness of all things, and their intrinsic interest and value—it would be an education in wonder.”
